Choice of products The customer chooses his products under his responsibility and with full knowledge of the facts. Cosmaphrodite could not be held for responsible for any erroneous choice and use of the purchaser. Order When the customer validates his order, he implicitly accepts the General Terms of Sales.

Prices
All our prices are in Euros, VAT 21% included, except for food complements of 6%.

Delivery Time
As an indication, upon receipt of the payment made by bank transfer and within the limit of available stock, the delivery will happen within 2 or 3 working days. Orders placed on Fridays are treated at weekends, and will be dispatched on Mondays (except bank holidays). In the event of stock shortage, the customer will be informed by email and will be able to cancel his order if he wants.

Packing
Packing (box and wedging) is offered by Cosmaphrodite and thus free of charge.

Shipping costs
For Belgium, all deliveries are carried out by La Poste at the price in force at the time of order.


For the European Union, the deliveries are also carried out by La Poste at the price in force at the time of order.


Delivery
The delivery is made at the address mentioned by the customer.
In case of absence, the recipient receives from the contractor an advice detailing the choice of possibilities for collecting his parcel.
Cosmaphrodite could not be held for responsible for any erroneous address of delivery mentioned by the customer.
It is thus the customer's responsibility to mention a correct and available recipient address for delivering the parcel.
At reception, the customer is required to check and notify immediately at the courier any possible damage and to refuse the delivery if necessary.
Any later complaint will be understood as Nihil and will not be subject to any reimbursement.
Cosmaphrodite could not be held for responsible for non-delivery in the event of strike of the contractor.

Right of renunciation and returns
In accordance with the Belgian Legislation, the customer has 7 working days maximum after delivery of his parcel for proceeding to the renunciation of his purchase.
The shipping costs relating to the return are at the customer's charge and the initial order shipping costs are not refundable.
The returned product(s) must be new, not open, not used and in their original packing.
The returned product(s) travel to the risks of the customer.
Any deteriorated product will not be reimbursed.
Only product respecting the above-mentioned conditions will be reimbursed by bank transfer.

Respect of Private Life
To proceed to the opening of an account, at the placement of an order and its delivery, and for issuing the invoice, the customer is invited to leave private information.
Cosmaphrodite respects the private life of its customers. Collected information will be only used for internal marketing purposes. In any case, information will not be forwarded to third parties.

Intellectual property
All texts and photos on the site are the property of Cosmaphrodite and cannot in any case be copied and/or used, even partially, without the written agreement of Cosmaphrodite.
Any reproduction and/or use will be subject to legal proceedings.

Courts of Jurisdiction
Only the Court of Nivelles (Belgium) is qualified in the event of litigation.

The present General Terms can be modified at any time and this without preliminary notice.
